Somatic Alignment Sound Therapy

Service Description

This is my signature treatment that combines Somatic Alignment and Sound Therapy to provide you with a transformational energy healing experience. The goal of the Somatic Alignment process is to restore the flow of energy throughout the body, which is essential for our overall well-being. The restoration of energy circulation reduces physical pain and supports you to adapt to situations or stressors in healthy ways. Energy is an integral part of existence. When oxygen fails to flow smoothly through the body, it can lead to chronic pain. What To Expect I always like to start my sessions with a cup of herbal tea and a catch up. It is important for me to understand where you are at so that I can meet you there. We gradually move into the process, setting intentions and connecting to the breathing pattern. You will be lying down for the majority of the treatment on a massage bed with a heated blanket for your comfort and gently breathing. As you continue to breathe I take the role of the observer and space holder. I will support you during the session with de-armouring techniques where I apply touch to your body to remove the energy blocks which are restricting your energy to flow freely. In addition I will use my sound instruments that offer healing frequencies to deepen your process. You may experience subtle energetic shifts, body movements or emotional releases. There is no force or expectation. The session will end with a sound bath using gong, crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments. These treatments normally last about 2 hours and take place at my home studio in Highgate.
