Options Available (can be one of the below or a combination) - Sound Bath with Gong, Crystal Bowls and Chimes - Sound Bath Meditation with Gong, Crystal Bowls and Chimes - Yoga (various styles available) - Cacao Ceremony - Angel Card Readings - Rap Yoga exercise class - Rap for beginners Sessions can run from 45 minutes - 3 hours Prices of sessions vary depending on the requirements and the location.
